With your membership, you receive a number of benefits, subject to the terms and conditions below:
- 10% Cash Back and Free Shipping Rebates at Premier Retailers
- 5% Cash Back and Shipping Rebates of up to $10 per Order at Marketplace
- Up to $10 in Return Shipping Rebates per Order
Premier Retailers
As a Young Explorers VIP member, you can claim 10% cash back and unlimited free shipping rebates on every purchase you make at Young Explorers and participating Premier Retailers during your active membership. Purchases made at the following retailers are eligible for 10% cash back and free shipping rebates:

To claim your 10% cash back and free shipping rebates through the mail:
- Fill out and mail in the “Premier Retailers Rebate” form included in your Welcome Kit. (You can order additional forms by calling 855-857-4327.)
- Send us proof-of-purchase documentation.
- Valid forms of proof-of-purchase include:
- An order confirmation email
- A packing slip listing the sales date, items purchased, and purchase amount
- Send your completed “Premier Retailers Rebate” form, along with your proof-of-purchase documentation, to:

To claim your 10% cash back and free shipping rebates online:
- Click the “Rebates” link from the main navigation menu on YoungExplorersVIP.com, select “Premier Retailers” from the dropdown menu, and fill out and submit the electronic rebate form.
- Send us proof-of-purchase documentation.
- Valid forms of proof-of-purchase include:
- An order confirmation page listing the sales date, items purchased, purchase amount, and shipping charge.
- A packing slip listing the sales date, items purchased, purchase amount, and shipping charge.
- Email your proof-of-purchase documentation, along with your claim number (for online submissions only), to [email protected].
Please note that rebate claims must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date. We will verify and process your claims within 2-4 weeks of receiving supporting documentation. We will then mail you a check in the amount of your rebate.
Marketplace
As a member, you also receive 5% cash back and up to $10 in shipping rebates when you shop at any of the stores in our Marketplace. This 5% cash back is based on your order amount (including shipping, handling, and taxes). This 5% cash back is valid on merchandise only. Please note that rebate claims must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date. We will verify and process your claims within 2 -4 weeks of receiving supporting documentation. We will then mail you a check in the amount of your rebate. You can earn up to $1,000 cash back and up to $500 in shipping rebates every membership year by shopping through the Marketplace!
- For a phone, online, or in-store purchase to qualify for 5% cash back, you must make the purchase at one of the select list of eligible retailers provided in your Welcome Kit or listed on the “Marketplace” page of the YoungExplorersVIP.com website. You must submit a rebate form with a valid proof-of-purchase either online or through the mail.
- To submit a claim online, please click the “Rebates” link from the main navigation menu on YoungExplorersVIP.com, select “Marketplace” from the dropdown menu, and fill out and submit the electronic rebate form.
- To submit a claim through the mail, fill out and mail in the “Marketplace Rebate” form included in your Welcome Kit.
- Valid forms of proof-of-purchase include:
- An order confirmation page listing the sales date, items purchased, purchase amount, and shipping charge
- A packing slip listing the sales date, items purchased, purchase amount, and shipping charge
- Maximum savings per membership year is $1,000.
- One purchase per retailer per day is eligible for 5% cash back. Purchases of gift cards and money orders, as well as purchases using a retailer's bill-pay service, are not eligible for 5% cash back.
Return Shipping
As a member, every online, phone, or catalog purchase you make with one of our participating Premier and Marketplace retailers is eligible for up to $10 in return shipping rebates if you need to return an item. You are eligible for up to $500 in return shipping rebates every membership year, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- To submit a return shipping rebate claim via regular mail, you must first complete a “Return Shipping Rebate” form and provide details of your purchase and shipping-charge documentation.
- Offline forms can be found in your Young Explorers VIP Welcome Kit. (You can order additional forms by calling 855-857-4327.)
- Send your completed “Return Shipping Rebate” form, along with your purchase and shipping charge documentation, to:

- To submit a return shipping rebate claim online, click on the “Rebates” link from the main navigation menu on YoungExplorersVIP.com, select “Return Shipping” from the dropdown menu, fill out the form, and follow the instructions.
- Provide proof-of-purchase documentation for return shipping rebates. Valid forms of proof-of-purchase include:
- The shipping receipt or a copy of the return label with cost and tracking number; or
- Return confirmation from the retailer, including the refund amount.
- Rebate claims must be submitted within 90 days of the original order date.
- You must be an active member on the date of the original order.
- Only one return shipping rebate claim can be made per each original order.
- Young Explorers VIP return shipping rebates are available only for purchases that are not covered by the specific retailer’s returning shipping policy. If the retailer’s policy is to pay for return shipping on an item purchased by a Young Explorers VIP member, that item is not eligible for a Young Explorers VIP return shipping rebate.
- Insurance coverage for return shipping of the item is not provided under the program.
